Let us introduce you to our “Spicy Mountain Top Marinade” or as we like to say, a little heat for your meat. It started with a stubborn tri-tip and a dare. “Make it sing,” said our dinner guests. We decided to infuse this marinade with one of our flagship hot sauces, On the Go Rojo. Our Rojo sauce didn’t shout over the meat for more cowbell, it played harmony, made the bassline louder. A gentle kick of spice that makes your grilled meats sing without overpowering. Mellow enough for everyone, with a spark of spice for flavor. Made for beef and seafood, but chicken and pork RSVP’d too.
