All sales are final on our food-related products for safety reasons. However, if any sauces arrive damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace them at no cost. For assistance with damaged items, please contact tray@truckeehotsauce.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Food Products
We accept exchanges or refunds for non-food items purchased from our website within 21 days of the original purchase date.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees for exchanges.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
